Collector identity (HEXHUNTER 1) is a device label; named-person identity stays out of this feed (FD Product Boundary).
The operator can hold back a command kind on-device even when it is validly signed (CommandGate). This console shows the current gate so an operator does not issue a kind the device will refuse.
